5 medidas para calmar a un niño estresado

Preocupación, ansiedad … también sucede que su hijo está molesto, ocupado. Aquí hay algunas reglas simples para alentarlo a dejar su estrés. ¿Por qué no aprovecharlo también?

1. Ayúdale a conciliar el sueño.

  • Dormir bien limita la fatiga, que es una fuente de estrés. Ayúdelo a irse a la cama temprano: de cinco a cinco o seis años, recordándole un ritual bien practicado, en un ambiente tranquilo: después de cepillarse los dientes y tomar un descanso para orinar, se acuesta con su juguete suave , cuento nocturno, seguido de abrazos … y dormir, si es necesario con una luz nocturna.
  • Si es reacio, valore el hecho de que está en su cama; dígale que no necesita dormir, pero que es hora de acostarse. Y recuérdele que hay un momento para los niños y otro para los padres.

Ofrécele un exo de sofrología muy simple

  • Para aliviar el estrés, haga este ejercicio con él al final del día. Luego, el niño se moviliza para respirar, relaja los músculos y practica la visualización positiva.
  • Párese con los ojos cerrados, los pies separados al ancho de las caderas para mantener el equilibrio, los brazos a los lados. Pídale que haga 10 rotaciones rápidas del torso, con respiración libre, con los brazos siguiendo el movimiento. Para borrar los disturbios, invítelo a imaginar que está sosteniendo líneas mágicas en sus manos. Termina con 10 giros lentos.
